After 22 years in network infrastructure sales, Andy Noel made the decision to pivot and open his own shop in 2019. His career was built on trust, long term relationships, and a disciplined approach to process, habits that carry directly into how the firm operates today. That experience shows up in the way opportunities are handled, communication is prioritized, and partners are treated with consistency from the first call through the finish line.

Bryce Noel brings an extensive background in real estate transactions and structuring capital stacks. He has spent years working through the details that determine whether a deal closes, underwriting, positioning, and building structures that align capital with the realities of the asset and the business plan. His focus is helping sponsors present transactions the right way, anticipate lender and investor questions, and navigate execution without unnecessary friction.

In 2024, the firm transitioned from The NoeVal Group to New Millennium Capital, reflecting a broader platform and the next stage of growth. Today, New Millennium Capital blends relationship first values with deep transaction expertise, staying hands on from first conversation through closing.
